Paige is a certified Weight Loss Specialist and has been helping women create healthy habits and lose weight since 2014.


Her own fitness journey began in 2005, after gaining 50 lbs during her freshman year of college. She learned about nutrition and exercise in order to lose the weight. Fitness became a passion and, as they say, the rest is history.
